• Designed core two-sided marketplace experiences, including secure onboarding, campaign management, geospatial search, secure payments, and real-time GPS tracking, with a strong focus on usability, transparency, and user trust.
• Collaborated with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and detailed design specifications for smooth engineering handoff.
